Deputy Tish Strawn, Sheriff Steve Nowlin, deputy Andrew Ghere, and school resource officer David Van Bibber team up to cover the Dolores district. Nowlin hired the three to serve Dolores. "They will focus on community policing, and will be reaching out to meet everyone they can," Nowlin said.
